Visiting Nana and Papa in Dresden

Here are some photos from our trip to Dresden to visit Nana and Papa!
Parker checking out the slide.  He's so big now!
Playing a game of catch with Nana and forgetting that he's actually left-handed.
Lauren riding in the illegal walker!  Oh snap!
 She likes it.
 Lauren being cute and happy.
 Lauren being curious.
 Lauren riding on a bear.
Lauren playing with a book.  So far she seems like the same kind of book nerd as Parker.  She can say about 5 words right now and book is one of them (the others are mama, dada, duck, and toe toes).  When she's in her room she always points to the stack of books on her dresser and goes, "Buh!  Buh!  Buh!" until we read her a million books.  Half the time she doesn't even want to drink a bottle or anything because she wants to read so many books.  Here she is reading Parker's classic "Baby's First Story", an enthralling tale about animals who chase each other through the house, outside the house, and *SPOILER ALERT* back in the house.
Parker doing eye spy with a magnifying glass.
Parker playing with my old skool Bert and Ernie fix-it garage!  He loves that thing!
 Examining a puzzle.
 Playing computer.

 Ready for a swim!
 Cheeeeeeese!
Here's a sequence of Parker doing a hairy spaz.  I'm not entirely sure what he was trying to convey, but I just told him to do something crazy.

Parker was nervous about swimming at first but by the end he was loving it!
Me and Lauren hanging out.
 Flailing Parker around.

 A family photo!

Nana and Lauren hanging out after a nice swim.
April being cute in the pool.
April and Parker being cute together.
Lauren being cute in her new hoodie.
 Nana admiring Lauren's cuteness.
 Papa home from work!
Trying to turn on a flash light.
Playing with an old crane toy of mine.
Do they look like brother and sister?  Kind of?

Lauren modeling her new cute dress that I posted about already.
And we also picked up a booster chair for Parker!  So his old gigantic car seat is now officially history.  He's over all of the requirements for age, height, and weight so we figured we'd get one and see how it works.  Click here to find out how it feels to be in a booster seat, both for Parker and his parents. He loves it, and it's so quick and convenient and comfortable.  Best purchase ever!  Oh, and we also bought those DVD players that hang over the back of the driver's seat so Parker could watch a movie on the long drive home.  That was also a solid purchase.
Thanks again for letting us come up for a few days and showing us the awesome outdoor mall in the States!
