Lauren looking REALLY awake! This was the present we got her for her birthday. Parker always loved these when he was little and we never got him one, so we thought it would be cool to see if Lauren liked it too.
And she does!
The buttons are a bit stiff and hard for her to use right now. So I pop them up and she pushes them down.
I caught Parker in the act of biting his nails, which is a terrible habit that he picked up some how. Neither of us are nail biters but he just started doing it, and sometimes he chews his finger tips raw.
Scott, Gemma, and Milo came over for a visit on Lauren's birthday! We had dinner, Scott called the president, and Milo flew a scooter with Handy Manny.

And then later that night, Gemma offered to stay with Lauren while she slept so we could take Parker down town to Movies In The Square! We haven't been in a really long time but they were playing Toy Story, one of Parker's favourite movies, and we thought it would be fun for him. He's never seen a movie on a big screen before!
He was a bit nervous at first. For some reason I think he thought the actual characters were going to come out and do a show, and big characters make him scared sometimes.
I think he was in the middle of saying something to sound confident but he was really kind of scared.
Once the movie started, though, he loved it! We had popcorn, and he got to eat a bunch of candy as well. Here are some blurry, grainy photos shot in the pitch black.
