Here are some photos from our trip to the park the other day! Lauren mostly slept, but it was probably nice for her to be outside for a change!
So far she's doing really well! She's almost back up to her birth weight, and she's sleeping and eating a lot. She likes to lay on her side and is sleeping for good stretches in the night. Parker is adjusting well to being a big brother, too. He loves to help change her diaper (his official jobs are to pull a wipe from the box and put the diaper in the Diaper Genie). At first, whenever Lauren would cry, Parker would get really sad and start to cry too but now he's doing a bit better. He likes to give her lots of hugs and kisses (I'll post videos soon) and seems to really like her so far!
Nobody is surprised to see Parker being such a wonderful and caring big brother - he's just that kind of little boy. Lauren will be so loved, cared for, and protected by this wonderful big brother. Good job, Parker!
ReplyDeleteParker is so cute! Well they both are, but I love that he would great upset when Lauren was upset. I want a baby!
