It seems like we've been busy, um, most of December! So I'm a bit behind in my blog posts. Happy new year! It's 2011! And also Christmas happened! And a bunch of other stuff happened, too! Here are a million old photos that I've had sitting around.
Can you tell we went through a phase where we ate out a lot? Here's Parker pretending to be a waiter. He could probably apply for a job tomorrow and get it. He had everything down to a T, except actually writing things down.
At least he's kind-of-sort-of holding the pencil properly! Hooray!
That toy in front of Parker sort of simulates driving. He wanted to be sure Lauren was in her chair behind him like when we put the kids into car seats in the real car. He had a good time driving them around the city.

For Christmas, my parents got Parker this awesome gear toy (I think it's just called Gears! Gears! Gears!) where you hook gears together in different patterns and then watch them spin. We made a super crazy tall tower filled with gears on both sides and then packed the base with gears, and when you turned the crank each gear spun a different direction! Awesome.

Parker is beautiful and big in so many ways. I love the way he is so thoughtful - always wondering if everyone's OK. I love you Parker! I love the way you love your little sister, Lauren. She's a lucky one who looks so beautiful with her new haircut.
