The other day Parker said, "Hey Daddy, I have a funny story for you!" so I was like, "Okay, I love funny stories!" and kind of expected it to be incoherent and sort of weird, but it was actually a real story! It went like this:
"In class, Mrs. White and Mrs. Boot asked all the boys and girls what they were thankful for for Thanksgiving. Everyone said they were thankful for their moms and dads and then I put up my hand and the teacher said, 'Yes Parker Elliott?' and I said, 'I'm thankful for......chocolate!' and Mrs. White and Mrs. Boot laughed so much."
