I have this app for the iphone that makes "hipstamatic prints", so it basically simulates an old school low end camera, like a holga or something like that. You can get different lenses and film and it adds all kinds of weird effects, but it basically makes your photos look kind of old and crappy. And that's what I've been shooting with for the last few weeks! I jokingly told April we'd never have nice family photos again, but it will probably get old in another little while and I'll go back to normal photos. But for now, here are some random hipstamatic prints. :D
Lauren and I goofing around with a photobooth app.
Parker and I making rice krispie squares.
Lauren goofing around in the front hall closet like Parker used to do when he was little.
Playing catch with a ball.
Sleeping. Lauren loves that fuzzy blanket and always rubs it against her face when ever it comes close to her. And she also loves all of her stuffed animal friends, which end up strewn about her crib.
Playing with a bottle.
Playing in the closet again and looking quite pleased.
Playing at the toy kitchen.
Taking a break from pulling things off the book shelf and admiring her handy work.
Riding his bike to the mailbox.
Smelling the marshmallows before we opened them up to make rice krispie squares.
Waiting for school to start and wearing his other, new Star Wars shirt.
Looking a bit worried about school.
Parker showing us how to properly use the photobooth.
More crazy faces!
Some day I'll take normal photos but for now the camera on the iphone is so quick and convenient! It's kind of nice not having to lug a gigantic DSLR camera around every where.
Thank goodness the kids are so cute, that you don't even notice the odd new way you are posting the pictures (gotta love Iphone apps!)
