Lauren's First Day Without Parker

While Parker was at school for the first day on Tuesday, Lauren had her first quiet day at home!  Here she is playing with her toy uninterrupted.  I think she likes it.

 Here she is not having anyone try to squish her or yell things in her general direction that she can't understand anyways.

 And here she is helping herself to whatever toy she wants.  

 Here she is eating a quiet lunch of blueberries, peas, pumpkin muffins, watermelon, and cheese.

 One thing we used to with Parker all the time was point to his foods and name them so I started doing this with Lauren and she seems to be picking things up pretty quickly!  She knows most of her foods and is really good at repeating things that you say.

 Then we went to CostCo to get some milk for April and some chocolate milk to celebrate Parker's first day at school.  There was a show about monkeys on one of the display TVs that Lauren was really in to.

 Here we are about to load our haul into the car.  Lauren and Kitteh were guarding the milk.

We also went to Future Shop to look around.  And then we picked up Parker from school!  It was a good day all around!
