It was finally nice out today and we had a busy day of doing stuff! I took Lauren and Parker to Shirley's for a haircut this morning, and then Parker and I went down to Fairfield Park to play on the swings, slide, and check out the ducks. Parker loved walking along the shore and tossing rocks into the lake! Then when we got home, we had a quick lunch and April took Parker out for some shopping while Lauren and I stayed home (and she took a nap). When she woke up, we went outside to touch grass for the first time! Here she is hanging out on the lawn.
Lauren's latest thing is to open and close her hand when you do. She will also clap your hand and give you a high five if you hold your palm out to her. She thinks it's awesome when she opens and closes her hand! Here's a sequence of her doing it.

While we were playing outside April and Parker pulled into the driveway and Parker was so happy to see Lauren! He ran right over and tried to make her smile and give her kisses!
